Dear i feel that best lot size for the learner is minimum and that is 0.01 and there is no need to use the volume size more then this even the newbies have heavy capital and i feel that its best for their learning

Actualy it depand on his/her investment .A forex trader should open trade maximum 5% if his capital . So calculate your lot size as per this rule .For beginners it is very nessasary to open trade with minimum lot that give them enough time to learn real forex trade.

I think 0.10 lot size is always a better starting for the beginner and should trade with 2-3% risk per trades and I think every new traders should trade with proper discipline and proper understanding of the market and trade with proper discipline.

Suppose in instaforex lot terms you are trading with 100 USD. The best way to make money opening lot is 0.01. Yes because the profits might be low but it is really very safe to trade with this lot size as you can get enough money to open other trades if you lose one trade to cover up the losses.
