Make Profit With Gap Strategy.

I want to share a new trading strategy that i have used since January 2012.
This strategy uses gaps that happen every Monday when the market is open.
I give my strategy with name "Gap Strategy".

The rules of this strategy :

• Open buy if the Monday's open price below the Friday's close price.
• Open sell if the Monday's open price above the Friday's close price.
• Set TP at Friday's close price depends the size of gaps :
  
  Gap's size less than 40, set TP 100%
  Gap's size between 40 and 60, set TP 75%
  Gap's size greater than 60, set TP 50%
  

Hello dear, this is a good strategy and I see that many traders use this strategy and they are also making good profit with this strategy because when market opens after holidays then it is important for the market to make a gap and market also fills the gap. So, when we see any gap then we get the good opportunity to take the trade for short term. It is really good for making profit.

Gap strategy is very powerful tool to get fast profit from Forex, i have noticed too that 100% profit, 75% profit and the next percentage is very valuable. we have to make some good profit from gap strategy but safely do this because loss is also there.

FEDERAL RESERVE QUANTITATIVE TIGHTENING

In 2017 the Federal Reserve announce that they would slowly begin to shrink the balance sheet from October, starting at a rate of $10bln/month and working up to a maximum of $50bln, in order to unload the $4.5tln of bonds acquired by the central bank through its QE program. As such, the Fed are now in the process of letting the debt roll off its balance sheet by holding the debt to maturity and not re-investing the proceeds. Consequently, this typically creates a demand for Dollars, while also providing a drain on liquidity.
