The fact remains that Forex trading is a risky trading, If you can not cope with the risk in this market, i will advice you to think otherwise, Forex trading is primarily for the set of traders that can do with risk, yet the risk in the market can be reduced if you follow the trading principles and rule carefully with all the dos and don`ts psychology in place.

it is always hard to eliminate risk in Forex trading but to reduce the risk to a certain extent, it is good to have a good capital and proper money management. most of the traders lose their money due to small capital and poor money management.

the only way to save your account from risk is to handle your money with care. That is only a strong money management can minimize the risk percentage. according to me if you have 500-1000 pips backup then you will never lose the trade. if you have 1000 pips backup then i am pretty sure that you will be able to close even your worst trade in profit. but one reminder is here : never open three or more trades at a time, it might divert you from your MM plan.

Yes by using your own strategy you can decrease your loss but you can not totally avoid it.

We all knew that every time we place an order, our open positions are subjected to certain level of risk factors. Managing a risk is very important and therefore we have to set a realistic number that we can risk on any given trade. Using protective buy stops and sell stops upon entering a trade provide a traders with a good idea of about how much money they are risking on that particular trade.

I agree with you, can not we eliminate this risk in forex trading, because after all is a risk in forex trading is certainly our experience. but we can minimize risk in every trade we are using a lot of ways. eg using SL in any transaction, or always use good money management in each of our trade. so that it will allow us to survive and thrive in this forex business well.
