Hard work is not enough to succeed, I think we need to continue training on the demo account with hard work, if we get enough experience we will reach success, but hard work alone without learning and training will not help.

You are so right with what you have mentioned. A trader should work hard to learn and study these markets and then practice hard in demo account after they have made their trading plan and try to implement the same while trading .

Hard work is important but then most important is SMART WORK . When we talk about smart work it means laying down a good and effective plan after determining your own skills and abilities and smart work is not just laying down a good trading plan but smart work is being practical and actually implementing and strictly following your own plan . If you implement your plan properly then only you will make money in these markets. Imagine you have a good trading plan but you actually do not follow it then what good will that plan be of ?

So work smart , follow trading rules and most importantly follow all rules of money management with discipline . Implement them in each and every trade and then these markets will reward you well for your hard work and smart work both .

Yes sure....Hard work is the key of success in forex market. If a person have much money but he do't know How to handle loss position?, he will lost his money soon. So do hard work first. I mean learn forex properly and improve your mistakes. Then you can became a good trader soon.
