yes obviously experience and hard work both are needed ..but starting a good balance or asset is also needed ..without any good capital we can't start perfectly..for a good money management we need at least some amount ..but if we have the successful strategy with great performance then it can be okay

Obviously you need to work hard to make some profit in forex. But your hard work should be related to forex trading. I think fundamental analysis is the main part where you can work most of the time.
