In my views news never effect forex market in big way. It keeps on moving the way it is moving. There can be partial movement for some time, but then again it get back to it's track soon.

actually depends on the existing news or release, sometimes there is news that has long-term impact on market price movements, so it became very influential and even form the opposite movement. such as news about Greece and China some time ago.
