How do you feel after getting heavy loss?

i think no body want to face loss and it is never welcome happily specially in forex trading. but on the other hand if you are a professional trader than you should have keep i mind that profit and loss are essential part of trading. you can not earn profit every time. some times you can face loss due to many reasons. so best thing after facing loss is just to keep calm and be patience. instead of being angry try to understand the reasons of you loss and and your mistakes.

still i am not got heavy loss but one time i loss my 200$ in one day than i live all day a bit sad but ofter next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know i loss my money due to reason of bad money management so with in next month i recover my loss and start agian trade with money management

very bad the feeling of mine was very bad when i got loss in forex but ye smj aa chuka hai ke business krna hai to loss to face krna ho ga then smj aata hai ek kya krna chahiey ya kya nhi krna chahiye to abhi loss bht km hota hai orr profit zyadh ho jata hai yehi business hai time ke sath sath sab sort hota rehta hai lkin insan ko learning ni chorni chahiye
