How do you feel after getting heavy loss?

after getting heavy loss in a single trade i feel very bad because i can not afford losses in forex trading because of less capital.and after that i try to overcome my previous mistakes.

I will get in the panic mode when i will lose most of my capital but we must have to concentrate on the facts that due to which mistake we will get the loss that thing we have to avoid so that our trading performance will improve.

the trader should not feel any feeling after a loss because in the forex, negative operations are very frequent. the loss should not affect the traders. must accept the loss and must operate with high spirits. this can be achieved if the trader operates a low risk and the operation does not significantly affect its capital.

bhai iss field mein loss chalta rehta hai traders ke saath iss field mein agar aisa kuch ho bh jayega toh bhai darne ki baat nahi hai aapko iss field mein bus dhangg se kaam karte rehna hai calm rehna zaroir hai.

i think it is good and my partner and i chop down extremely disappointed for your weighty damage, this is simply not best for myself, i am unable to envision this kind of any moment this is very detrimental to myself inside the investing moment.

still i am not got heavy loss but one time i loss my 200$ in one day than i live all day a bit sad but ofter next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know i loss my money due to reason of bad money management so with in next month i recover my loss and start agian trade with money management.
