How do you feel after getting heavy loss?

still i am not got heavy loss but one time i loss my 200$ in one day than i live all day a bit sad but ofter next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know i loss my money due to reason of bad money management so with in next month i recover my loss and start agian trade with money management

i feel very sad when i getting loss in forex but Loss is a part of trading and you cant just avoid it. Someday you will have to experience the same. That's why here performance of a trader is measured based on all trades during a period of a month or few months not just by one or two trades. So accept the loss and only trade with the money that you can afford to loose.

I would feel frustrated if it gets heavy losses, even I could not sleep, but I try to be patient, a major disadvantage because of my mistake in analyzing the market, so I had to work hard to be able to get a trading system better and accurate, so I can make consistent profits in the forex market

this a natural phenomena that if some one loss then it is so sad and no one can control emotions but it the part of tradding so , emotions should be control at that time when some one loss .

after getting a heavy loss in the forex I am feeling very sadness . in the lest month I get loss 300$ and I am very shocked in my business . but I am still trader because I know it that if winter comes spring fare behind . so I want to be a successful for ex trader and trade with going .
