    The GBPUSD attempts to recover

    The GBPUSD pair opens today’s trading with a bullish bias in attempt to regain the bullish trend after the strong decline that we witnessed in last Friday, where it moves above 1.3380 level now, which supports the chances for resuming the expected bullish trend in the upcoming period, organized within the bullish channel that appears in the image.



    Therefore, the bullish bias will be preferred for today, supported by stochastic approach from the overbought levels, pointing that our next main target extends to go further towards 1.3700, taking into consideration that the failure to settle above 1.3380 will stop the suggested rise and presses on the price to decline to 1.3225 levels before any new attempts to rise.



    The expected trading range for today is between 1.3300 support and 1.3480 resistance.

    Further, the GBP/USD pair is also buoyed by the increased expectations of an improvement in the UK’s manufacturing sector activity, as the Markit Preliminary Manufacturing PMI for December is seen arriving at 49.4 vs. 48.9 previous. The country’s Services PMI is expected to arrive at 49.6 vs. 49.3 last.

    On the USD-side of the equation, markets remain unimpressed by the details of the US-China Phase One trade deal reached last Friday that capped the recovery in the US dollar across its main competitors. The US dollar index now tests the 97 handle, retreating from Friday’s NY highs of 97.24.

    At the time of writing, the Cable trades with sizeable gains of +0.50% around 1.3390, having stalled its correction from 19-month highs of 1.3515 just ahead of the 1.33 handle.

    By looking trend at frame m30 show us bull type .here I use my sclapping strategy by searching the parabolic sar position its moving average is strong ways .I think it can be buy at looking position MAcads value .
