Pound did one more down movement yesterday as we was waited and now this rollback which was at night is normal thing fr new down move .
And i think we will see movement to 1.29 today

GBPUSD's recent decline at 1.3055 has stopped significantly above 1.3106 and is now resting on it, ending yesterday's bearish scenario and pushing the pair back to retrace the upside move, targeting 1.3226 initially.

That all depends if you are asking if the H&S / H&S Inverted formation is in a down-trend, or in an uptrend. Of course a H&S Inverted will not be respected as much in a down-trend and vise versa than a H&S in a down-trend would. That's just basic logic / Pattern recognition.

Question for you.. How do you predict the TP level of a H&S formation once the neck line has been broken? Let's see, because you said no one can predict the market move - So I'm assuming you don't know?
