We can see the consolidation of prices inside a flag which delivered a daily technical signal. Graphically, the pair is trying to escape from the top of the flag, so the daily closing will be essential to confirm the signal. As long as the pound is on the rise, it should quickly reach the next resistance at 1.3315 which corresponds to the old upper limit of a range.
Recall that the theoretical objective of the flag is around 1.3600 . However, in the event of the invalidation of this scenario, the psychological support to be monitored will be 1.2700 , a downward crossing of this level would undermine the upward trend.
