I think the best time to trade forex is when the market is moving very volatile, because then we would be much easier to make a profit, of course it usually happens when the market london and the US
therefore many people who start trading when the market opened london
except for a few types of traders like a scalper

best time is that time that suits you best if you are saying abt the market trends then I have exprienced that the best time to trade is in the late i.e after 9 pm I don't have any solid reason for it but I feel that market is really going good in this time and the chances of gaining profits are more than any other time

everyone having their own time for their trading and there is no specific time there which i think .i am trying to trade most of the USA session because this time market is moving high and my technique is working in high moving market always .but yes sometimes i am trying to do scalping during European session also .

if you ask me during the hours of 2 to 4pm and evening hours of 8 to 11 the movement is fairly fast, but if you make a proficient all time is money or profit, for starters we better try that its movement is rapid but there must also be the management of its finances well so do not lose very much.

the best time to trade forex is when European and American session, the second session because it has good movement, this is the time for all traders can make a profit. because at that time the market trends will be obvious
