Well this depends with the strategy that you are using to trade in the first place, if you trade short then you need to find the most active time and that is when the two major market sessions merge, there you can make quick bucks and exit but if you do long trades then there is no time that you cant trade as long as there is a clear cut chance to do that just take it and cash in with it in the long run.
