I trade H1 and see H4 and W1 for trend confirmation.Someone told me that if you are trading M1 timeframe then you should first hide your drink because sooner you will need to get it.The best time frame can not be decided as a whole because different traders have different options and strategies,so every trader has his own best time frame or time frames.
