my plan I set up good trades, that have a lot of potential, and then I shoot for 15
pips. That�s it. I don�t let myself lose a lot of money. I only try to get
15 pips, and if that�s all I get, then I�m out for the day. It's easy enough to get 15 pips
that once that threshold is met, it's okay to get out

trading plan is the rules that the traders are setting for the trdaers that they are intending to make and the trading strategy is the tools and the techniques that the traders are making in the forex

yes i agree with you and you are right, i can add that make a plan before every trade is a necessity and every fail trade is due to a bad strategy and of course a bad plan and for that we should have our own way to make a plan

Well Forex trading strategy is must and its always necessary to us to make a good amount of profit while doing trading and if we have our strategy which is tested and proved its successful then we can use it. Some people think trading strategy and trading plan are the same thing, but this is not really the case. Trading Strategy just tell you when to enter and exit trades while trading plan is more comprehensive and includes trading strategy. A trading plan may include market to trade, time frame, strategy used, entry and exit rules of strategy and money management and risk managent rules.
And so we need a comprehensive plan for trading and not mere a strategy.

I think that both of these are interconnected to each other. the plan of the trading is basically including the strategy to follow in the trading. So the one having the plan must be having the strategy also.

I agree with yogesh, right some people think trading strategy and trading plan is same but i tell there that is not true. it is totally diffident . Treading strategy create trading plan and trading plan create profit.

Trading strategy is that a easier and absolute system of trading but trading plan is that how we can apply these strategy. So, trading strategy and trading plan is not same.
