In a bad situation which volume you prefer to trade??

We know the market is always challenging and one may loss or profit money here.Suppose you met a serious loss and you now thinking that you have to recover your loss soon.In such a bad situation in which lot/volume you will prefer to trade?

I do not want to repeat the mistakes of the old. Now, I never lose much. I've given 3 percent for the portion of the risk, regardless of the terrible situation. So, when the position touched on SL, I do not lose a lot of capital. I am fully aware, that risk management is essential.

In a bad situation i stop trading, because there are may have enough risk but i do not want lost my all capital, so at that time i do not trade. I think it's better decision for every trader.

when i see that there is a bad situation then i do not trade in the forex market because in the bad situation we always been suffer loss in the forex market so i work only in the forex market when market trend is clear and movement of the market is fast.

first of all i think what can i do now even the market is opposite to me so i think the best decision is that i hedge my entry means to say i sale and purchase one pair that will hedge the entry and when i think i am out of dangerous then i cut favor entry and then earn the profit which is very better for me

in bad situation i prefer to use the 0.1$ as a volume cuz it's more safe and have a low risk and when i have 200$ or more i use 0.5$ as a volume ( more profits and little loss )
