In a bad situation which volume you prefer to trade??

Forex is very easy and profitable. I got a big loss so I will not think to return my lost money before I do my trade evaluation. I think when we see no trade then we should avoid from trading and we have to go with low volume ... and it can be safe and my advice would be b avoid trading at that moment when you see no obvious trend or escape or anything which could be a good decision why as it always exists. and in a bad situation I would prefer using a 0.10 lot size because in a bad situation I will do long term trading in long term trading. I do not use stop loss and will be a long term trading in the forex market.
