In a bad situation which volume you prefer to trade??

We know the market is always challenging and one may loss or profit money here.Suppose you met a serious loss and you now thinking that you have to recover your loss soon.In such a bad situation in which lot/volume you will prefer to trade?

do not ever think about it !!!!! do not ever think that after you get loss, you can get profit in the next trading with the same direction so that you double the lot. it is dangerous. what will happen is not you get profit to cover the loss, but you will get MC

in bad situation i make suggestion for every trader to trade with low volume because there is low risk of loss in low volume and in high volume risk of loss is also high.

First of all stop trading until you calm down after your loss and shock this while range from 10 minutes to day or two depends on your personality ... why stop?? in order not to think "recover SOON" forget the loss but find why it happened if it was because of your error fix your error .. if it's unexpected market change then go on and you will recover .

I think in bad days every one should trade with low volume because in low volume the risk of loss is low and you can survive from big loss and i also prefer to trade with low volume in bad situation.
