I think the lot size of trading depends on your money and also on your account type ....
if you have a micro account with the price of 100 dollars .... then it's good to use many sizes 0.01 to 0.03
depending on the trading. and market movements .... but if you use a standard account and you have more than 500 dollars ...
then you can use 0.04 to 0.06 lot sizes depending on the movement of the market and the market ....

From my experience we can say 5%. I think, if you both buy and sell for 5% lots, you will never be harmed. This is my test and my trainer also supported it. He told me, if you work with such a lot then you will never lose balance. You can also trade in this way. But if you have a better experience then you can use it.
