This totally depends on deposit of the trader and he's referring to lots and not leverage buddy Never risk more than 5% in my book, all traders have set their risks at different levels due to their leverage and deposit but I personally prefer 5% and not more than that!

Bhai deposit ko dekhte huye hi humare ko yaha par trading mein volume ka use karna hota hai, agar acha deposit hai to bhai hum thoda risk bada le sakte hai, aur trading mein kafi badiya earning bhi kar sakte hai bhai.

The best lot size per trade depends on size of our trading capital.We must never invest more than 1% of our trading capital in any trade.Suppose if we have 100$ in our account then we can invest 0.50$-1$ per trade.I follow this rule always.
