I think that selection of lot value for trading purely depends upon your capital and your style of trading , if you don't have big capital then you should avoid using big lots in your trades and should consider small slot sizes in this case, but if you have large capital then you can use big lot size

It depends on your trading plan and skills. It also depends on your capital and money management strategy. I always invest up to 5% of my capital in single trade. So you can calculate your lot size according to your capital. However if you are a new trader then start from 0.1 lot size. As your skills and experience increase then increase lot size accordingly.

for me 1 is best volue size for trading and you can set only 10 pipes profit from this lot size you will definatly get well profit from your trading because on some time i also getting loss my good profit at that time i trade with that lot size and i recover all my profit with in the 6 days so you can also try this lot size it definatly help you
