What is the best lot value for trading.

For me, the best value to open trading positions is 5% of equity. And it is also done just by opening a trading position.
So you still have plenty of margins for the rest of your defense. But there should be an open trading position,
use the strategy you have shown yourself for accuracy. And make the plan more clear and detailed,
allowing you to do such trading activities.

The best lot for trading is micro i.e. 0.1 to 0.10 because it reduces the chances of heavy loss and safe for the account. So always try to trade small volume

On the trading platform the lots are the very very important for doing the trade properly ,if you can be set your lots perfectly then you can doing the profit easily and can be safe your account for the long time,I think 1% lots size is better for doing the trade properly.
