What is the best lot value for trading.

I try to trade with the minimum amount .. because when I was a kid in forex, I just tried to trade
with the greatest amount and leverage .. so that I can get the biggest advantage with my trading ..
as a result only with a partner only. from bad trade, i blew my account one by one ..

You have a micro account with 100 dollars then it's worth using lots of sizes from 0.01 to 0.03
depending on trading and market movements but if you use a standard account and you have more than
