Wow. That is very great earning! $100 for each day trading? Exellent! But if that $100 is gotten from $2000 capitals, that means you have 5 % daily target, then you must a good trader already. Without any proper system, to have that %% daily target is kind of a suicide activity. Since, based on my personal case, to get consistely 1% daily earning is kind of a hard work already.

I think that lot size of trading depends on your money and also on your account type. It you have a micro account with 100 dollars then it is good to use a lot size of 0.01 to 0.03 depending on trading and market movements but if you are using standard account and you have more than 500 dollars then you can use 0.04 to 0.06 lot size depending on trading and market movements but it depends on strategy and everything to decide that which lot size suits you the best.
