That depends on your strategy , capital and the risk rate that you want
i advice you for each 100$ capital , use lot as 0.1

i think the use of the lot size depend on the amount of money present in your trading account.If you have some big amount of money you can use the higer lot size and if you have small then always use the smaller lot size
