i am agree with you that forex create employment only for those persons who have some capital in their pocket and have some trading experience rather then the persons have noting to invest & not have any experience forex is not the right place for those persons.

yeah it does but i think it should not be taken as sole earning source becoz chances to lose money are equal to the chances of earning so one should not carried away with the fascination of heap of money in forex...beware...take your moves wisely and adopt it as your side activity.
