yes its very true which stop loss is so important but not in all deals , it can prevent us from losing more , that doesn't mean that we should decrease our stop loss , the most right is to apply a stop loss or not depending in the deal and what it looks to make in the following hours , i don't like to set a small stop loss to be broken then the pair reverse direction after my losing , setting the stop loss or not to set it is a very important issue in trading

In regards to stop loss points there are two main theories here
The first claims that trader should never assign a stop loss point for his opened positions as he should be monitoring them closely and judge it manually case by case
Other theory or school stating that stop loss is a must as trading without it will surly lead to loosing too much money if not a margin call
