What steps do you do in case of loss?

My friend I have to findout the reason of losses and I think if we can understand the reason then we can correct the loss reason, I think I need to decrease the lot size and also need to trade with discipline to get success here. No other way brother.

My friend we know profit and loss both are the part of forex trading and we need to understand that if we could not trade by understanding the market sentiment then we have to face problem in forex trading and for that we need to take care before placing an order, we need to keep trading at demo accounts to develop our trading skill, if I get regular loss then I will decrease the lot size.

when i lose i just note down that trade mistake in trading journal and i suggest to all novice traders to do so cause it improves our emotions control skills in trading and even there is a chance you will not repeat the same mistake within a short interval of time.

Forex me loss ho sakta hai esse humen darna nahi chahiye, humen apne loss ka analysis karke ye dekhna chahiye ki loss ki main reason kya hai, agar humari mistake se loss huyi hai to humen uss mistake ko apne se dur karna chahiye.

My friend if I get experiences of losses then I stop trading for few days and try to find out the reason of losses and if we could understand the reason the I love to correct it and do practice in demo accounts for few days.
