I consider that using a high leverage is not advisable specially if you are a newbie trader, I suggest you use the normal leverage of 1:100 for trading. just trade 1 pair at a time and make sure you use proper SL and TP.

i think market conditions are the first priority of the trader when he plans for a trade. If the market conditions or not good traders avoid trading and it is the wise trading. So you can not ringlet the market conditions at all before entering the market.
