im glad that you post this thread these are the basic reason for loss for beginners.This usually occurs because of unexpected conditions. when prices move against us, then all of a sudden we're going to break the rules that had been prepared since the beginning.

That is why many trader don't have good understanding about risk reward principles its because many trader never learn about risk managements in forex, and other mistakes they don't have good knowledge and experiences to make the right decisions in the right times while they take risk as highly and greedy
