It is really hard to maintain disciplined, patience and not greedy in forex trading because we are human, we have emotions and with emotions we can not obey many rules. For us to obey this rules we need to always do demo practice and have a trading plan, other wise it will be very hard to earn from forex market.

beginners usually make mistakes due to lack of knowledge of the market. and the most common errors are can not wait, when we have floating minus position we immediately close and open again in the opposite direction. and it makes us lose more.

yes i am agree with you and i add something in it. for a beginner you try to learn hard for getting complete knowledge and work on demo account and try to learn to manage the capital and ability to make planning and strategy.

i think the first and fourth point you share is the most popular reason for loss of trader. In trading, if traders do not have discipline, they will always get in market wrong position and lose. Lack of experience is the first thing which lead traders to other reason for loss.
