yes of course I strongly believe forex is risky and tough business and there are several reason due to which lot of people struggling and failing badly, you have mentioned maximum of the mistakes but I want to add on another mistake i.e. low investment.

Well in fact I personally believe if the guide or there are good teachers, I believe beginners can learn about forex simpler and faster but sometimes we do not get it, so I think just practice and hard work is the best way to trading and to make profits

Well actually with me I believe any beginner in this business needs to avoid all Forex mistakes. One mistake that is peculiar to Forex Newbies is not setting stop loss because they think a losing trade will still come back and becom profits. This should be avoided.

Well actually I do believe there are too many errors and mistakes that can occur to a Forex trader and cause them to fail. Each trader have their own set o mistakes, We are in a race to find out our mistakes and correct it.
