Study Moving Averages!

Moving average indicator is a very important indicator. It is quite easy indicator compare to others. So new forex traders should use this indicator to get good results in forex trading.

Think you very much my firend for this wonderful lessons because i a lot of traders dont realise the importance of the moving averages and how good indicators they are, i use to have a strategy which based on the crosses of multiple averages and it gives good results on the long distance if someone is interested he can contact me.

Moving Avarege have a 3 type :

1.Simple Moving Average (SMA)
2.Weighted Moving Average (WMA)
3.Exponential Moving Average (EMA

now we talk about SMA (Simple Moving Avarege).

SMA is calculated from the sum of all the data and then divided by the number of periods in accordance observasi.SMA moving average value that we want to dapatkan.Misalkan we want to flatten evenly with 14 exchange rate then he will move according to the last 14 or latest price alone.

The primary difference between simple moving averages and exponential moving averages is that exponential moving averages are weighted and give more importance to recent data.

Moving averages is a good way to understand the market but never trust on it at 100% cause market is unpredictable and can make you loose all if you only look on it.

i dont find moving averages very helpful in trading because they are temporary and can

change in minutes.i think the overall trend of market should be followed. ...

I find that it is a time series analysis , that uses the rollover method which soothen out the short termes as a fluctuations and the indicated the long term movements. This is a good study and very helpful initially really !!!
