Support and resistance levels are very important for Forex trading. Resistance level is the highest level where the currency goes up before Coming down( Currency price advancing stops), and the support level is the lowest level which the currency goes down before it comes up. ( Currency price declining stops). When the price breaks through the Resistance level it goes up to the next level of resistance and when the price break through the level of support it will fall down to the next level of support.
