In demo account you have no fear of loosing and so you are ignoring the major factor in trading which is emotion.
But if you are fighting a competition, than you have an obligation to perform better than others, so you can also practise your emotional behaviour thr.

also organises a competition almost every month, why i like it most because you can see the live stats of every action of your trading as well as others. So, guys try and participate in the next competition, as i saw very less Indians were their at there last competition

yes i think participating in competition will increase your confidence in trading but register for the competition that atleast lasts for a large no. of days instead of a single day i mean a weeks competition or a months competition.

i am also agree with you i think that taking part in different competitions can enhance our confidence for real Forex trading. Now a days Insta forex organize a lot of competitions and they also offer a lot of money if a trader can win a competition he is rewarded a lot of prize money.
