if you are trading with a small risk 2% then you can win 2% per day , but those days the you will lose on them you are going to lose 2% also , so make sure to set your take profit more than the stop loss to recover your loss quickly

I think if your equity is 1000 dollar, you can earn 1% it means 10-10 dollar easily without risk, but profationl trader can earn more.

i would not want to lose it, so taking appropriate safety measures i would only go to earn on an average 10-15$ a day - bigger expectations brings in bigger risks too. That is about 100 - 150 dollars profits and that is a good profit margin.

if this is what you're comfortable with - say its a $1,000 for example sake.
Find the most you're going to risk per trade, so $1,000 / 20 = $50
Work out your money management per trade now. I use a default stop of 50 pips for example. So for me I would have to risk $50 / 50 pips = 1$ per pip - or 0.1 standard lot.

If have a stability of 1000$ i gives choice to investment protection as i would not want to reduce it, so getting appropriate protection precautions i would only go to generate on a typical 10-15$ a day - larger expectations delivers in larger threats too.
