Yes surely there is no doubt about it Forex trading involves hard working, a trader first have to do practice on demo account, keep upto dated about market, find best strategies and all these required hard working if a trader is lazy and silly he can't perform these work he is unsuccessful here in Forex market. A trader is pay off for his hard work one day.
