Money management is very important in the Forex market. Without money management can not save your account. Money management calculation is that- when you start trade you calculate 200-250 pips from you deposit money such as- suppose your account balance 500$ so 200-250 pips that's mean if you trade 1$ and market goes down 200-250 pips so you lose 200-250$ and your account is save or you trade 1.50$ then also your account is save but if you trade 3$ or 2.50$ if market is not prefer so you may lost your account. So, this is a money management. I hope you understand.

if we are doing money management calculation for a capital of $ 1000 we can use just a lot size of 0.10 and we would be save from risk and help to cut our loss short. Also money management helps to guide us on the right take profit level to use and also the right stop loss level.

absolutely..........very important ............for us to be able to manage the funds money management is an important point in forex market. if you have $100usd you lot size may be 0.16 or 0.1. you can take risk ten or fifteen percent.............. different trader take different strategy to mange the money.
