Money management calculation.

Actually money management is an important point in forex. Trader take different strategy to mange the money. Now if you have $500usd you lot size may be 1 or 0.1. then you can take risk ten or fifteen percent of your total amount.

If the target is only 25% while the dare risking up to 100% in my opinion it was a very poor action. yes if you can win 4 times in a row no problem straight back and secure capital. but if not then immediately destroyed. mending the risk is reduced only so target and risk to 25% -25%. it was still balanced if so

but if the look on the face of any mm with a 100% risk is too risky, the analysis that has an accuracy of 99% MC is very vulnerable if you use that big risk, because as we all know that the forex market is often moving beyond our analysis

I think Forex is a good job.The simple way is this that you first decide which pair are you going to invest in.

i just use like this If your trading strategy is at least 80% precise, than you can trade with 0.03 lot size with maximum 20 instruments at the same time. they can make good their trading, follow the rules and control the emotion and then they can make good analysis for their trading But it doesn't mean that you can open 3 positions with 0.6 lot!! Don't trade over 0.03 lot/position with 100USD

now i have not use the good money management on the forex, but i have think that i will make the good money management on my trading too, that is hard to make the good money management as the small capital trader, but i will try and also learning hard to make it
