Yes you are right because i also face this problems many time in mt4 platform but after some time i realize that it is not platform problem it is a problem from my computer .In my computer a lot of virus create problem and it make speed low and affect on computer working.

i think tthe software isn't compatible with your OS, try to get from official MT4 website. and reinsttal your MT4 , or run the program with windows XP , cos XP is most powerfull OS

meta trader buhat acha hai aur is main koi problem nahi hai. ho sakta hai kay ap kay computer main virus ho ya windows ki koi file crupet ho jis ki waja say ye problem aya hai. otherwise mujay aj tak koi problem nahi aya

I am also facing some problem like when i try to log in for trading some time i face that server not response immediately,2ndly when i place order but from its late execution from server which cause some time losses for me.
