Moving average crossover trading strategy is one of the most widely practiced forex trading strategies by both novice and experienced traders. The crossovers can be simple, where the price of currency crosses a moving average to very complex where more than one moving averages cross each other.

Yes moving average cross often confused me. cause one while i was trading other indicator market will be buy. But moving average cross showed me that it was sell in market. but at last the market was buy. But i got confused for the moving average cross.

i used all time frames for moving average and also i set and use three MA at my monitors, then i can reduce false signals , and also it is good to combine it with BB and draw trendline channel too

Take a look at a chart of any market with a strong trend. You will see that the moving averages are not crossing back and forth repeatedly. They will be moving in the same general direction in a more or less parallel fashion.

yes it will make the repeated motions that could be a trend that is easy to read, I never heed this end I suffered a loss and regret because I think the trend will soon turn around was not

You can use moving average with 3 different properties. 50, 100, 200, The first one is the first resistance, then the second resistance, and then the third resistance. Sometimes first resistance can be broken, that is when you wait. after some time you can trade on opposite direction. This is how if the 3rd resistance is broken, you must wait for a longer period then find out what the trend is with the direction of the market.

You need to change the time frame for Moving Averages and instead of H1 chart you should use M15 chart for these kind of trades as I guess you are a intra day trader.

Changing the moving average to a lower time frame such as the 15 minute time frame, means that we are applying the scalping strategy. As a swing trader, I don't think that we can be comfortable using higher time frames.

You need to alter the time-frame for Moving Averages and rather than H1 chart you must use M15 chart for these quite trades as i assume you're a intra day trader.

When a trader use moving average, it shows different result in different time frame because different time frame changes trend pattern and line as a result the moving average also give different result. It is not confusing matter it is very simple and easy matter.
