many traders beleive that moving average helps us in our forex forecast but it is not a safe way to do because every thing in this market is possible.Personnally moving average helps me a little bit but i never put all my trust in this method

In my opinion, we should use other indicators or at least the pattern of candlesticks can help too in this if there is true breaking of the trend or the support and resistance levels or it is false. Thanks

i can use the moving average indicator, it will help me to indication of the buy and selling signals, and the opponent the bollinger bands also use for the same purpose if the lower period moving averages cross over the higher period then its the buying signal and if the lower period MA cross below the higher then the sell signal.

200 SMA aur 100 SMA dono hi bahut jaruri hote hai, main jo bhi strategy ka use karta hoon, usmein inka use jarur karna pasand karta hoon, aur mere hisab se iska fayda H1 par sabse jayda hota hai, ye Time frame sabse common hai, sabse jayda use hota hai.

yes , these period of moving average are best for H1 or H4 time frame and i also use it in my trading, you should confirm its signal with any other strategy before place it in real account , it will give you a strong signal.
