I think so that this thing is very real and true.
Based on the experiences i have been able to earn so far, i think so that we should simply try to avoid making more profits when we are new at this business.
I think so that at the beginning, our only and only job should be to do the following two actions as much as it is possible.

Yes it is true that if you are a new to the forex market then you have to spend some time in this market and after getting some experience in this market then you can trade with the bigger amount of money but in the start you have to trade with a little amount and try to get little risks.
