Nothing new here. This is case in all pairs during non-news times. U must know when the market is under influence of news/ rumor n when it is not. Under news influence only news drives the market to any direction. U hv to analyse news-impact during this period. After news-impact is dead market swings naturally and now all indicators can predict it.

This is a fairly useless strategy because there is none to see, and you have not explained it. All i see is that you have 2 big yellow boxes on a chart. It does not indicate overbought or oversold or anything else. You say you have to wait for when AUDJPY is overbought - when does this get indicated on your chart?

the method speaks for itself,you only need to new when it is overbought, that is whenever prior is exceeded by new high then know that reversal will be massive ,especially if the reversal is forming a cup shape or V shape turn upside down notice how it went down in each case

What is the indicator to be used in this strategy, actually there are too many indicators that determine the over bought and over sold levels, but actually the idea of over bought and over sold is against the rules of demand and supply and it is not an idea followed by proper statistical or economical theories.
