forex is open 24 hoours per day and 5 daays in a week. you caan trade any time of thee day. it has no speecial time. when you feel relaax you can trade. it iis a good job for al people. everytime is best foor trading. actually best time iis depend on yourself.

H4 and D1 are the common time frame for day trading. I am all time use this time frame when i use day trading. But when i use scalping on that time i use M15 and M30 time frame.

For me H4 and H1 are the most preferable time frames for day trading , as there i can see the previous few days market trend and decide on my plan of action to take position in the market. Some times i do refer the Daily and weekly time frames also to see the long term scenario.
