I beleive in the 15 and 30 minutes for an intraday trader ... in rare cases i use the 5 minutes or the least used frame of 1 minute but i mostly use the 15 or 30 minutes trading in addition i use the 1 day for drawing the trend lines ... . and the 4 day to draw the fibonacci lines .... but for the 1 hour i use it to see somewhat bigger picture to ensure my calculations
