i have seen ttis question asked so may times on different forum and the answer is see is the time frame thats suitable for you . if you can wake up and trade london and us session then thats the best time you can trade if you can trade Asian session and london session then thats the best time

I think you should do a trade in stages because there are multiple sessions in one day, preferably for beginners to trade on Asian session to really be able to master and understand the character of the market, after it switches to london session that will make you more exciting in it in the third session session usd much needed experience in the session because usd highly vulnerable to loss

i like to trade with m15 and h1 in day trading/short term trading but when i open an order for long term that time i follow h4 and d1 time frame.i know day trading is very much profitable then others but also too much risky.
