200 SMA ka use hum swing trading yaa long term trading me trend ko define karne ke liye karte hai, jab price 200 sma se down hota hai to hum market ko downtrend samjhte hai aur jab market 200 sma ke upar rahta hai to hum use uptrend samjhte hai.

Moving average mein aap chahe to SMA ka use kare ya fir EMA ka use kare dono hi trading mein effective hote hain aur dono mein jayda fark bhi nahi hota hain aap inmein se jo bhi use karte hain usko achi tarah se aana chahiye

Me too i have seen allot of professionals use the 200 sma to determine the trend ( near term trend ) of a currency or stock . its very important and closely watched because its very or has a very huge impact on the currency . basically its were bull and bear fight is won !
