200 SMA ?Is it So important?

200 SMA is really important its helps us to find right trend properly.In any time frame we use 200 SMA easily. When price above the moving average it is uptrnd and when price below the moving average it is pure down trend.

I think the important of SMA 200 is to see the long term trend,200 SMA is always great for dynamic support and resistance line,if you use a 4H chart and use it as support and resistance you will see how powerful it is for trading decisions,it gives u a clearer picture of the market.

Trend to change? 200sma is actual trend it does not tell you when its changing trend. Once the trend change so is the 200sma result. Anyway what make you think that 20 sma is much better than 200 sma? Their is a reason why you use 20 sma and theirs a reason why you use 200 sma. It does not make one better than the other one. As each one has its own usage. Try to use 200 sma in scalping do you think 200 sma is useful if your trading scalping strategy? Of course not.

I have found most professtional trader will say that the pair is under the 200 SMA pressure.We need to stare at this line?And so many questions about 200 SMA?

l also read from different articles that 200 sma is used by so many professionals as a support indicator.it will always show the main trend which you have to focus on.personally l havent try it since it is very confusing when using in small time frames like 15 m.l could see it very close to the trend line and it dont looks realistic since it change the position in each time frame.
